The UNC Panhellenic Council is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.

Greetings from the CEB Committee Chair

The Panhellenic Community, Engagement, and Belonging Committee (CEB) is guided by

a commitment to celebrating individuality and embracing the rich diversity that exists within our

UNC community. We strive to create a space where differences are not only acknowledged but

genuinely respected and valued.

Our ultimate goal is to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive environment in which each

member’s experiences, perspectives, and strengths are appreciated. By fostering a community

rooted in safety, trust, and belonging, we aim to support personal growth, meaningful

connections, and lifelong friendships. The CEB Committee works directly with the Panhellenic

Executive Council to continually strengthen and improve our community for the benefit of all

members.

The UNC Panhellenic Council is devoted to creating a welcoming and inclusive Panhellenic community. We recognize historically our organization and our chapters have been comprised of almost exclusively white women.

This committee will address the racial, economic, and social injustices, and the overall lack of diversity, in our community. This committee acts as an extension of the Panhellenic Executive Board and will empower Panhellenic women.
